Most organizations have teams with focus on strategy, planning, governance and measurement. However, it has been difficult to measure success of these teams. Typically these are individual teams isolated and overloaded with work. ARTek team has experience in breaking the barriers and establishing processes across the various organizations to achieve the business goals. Our team members have done this individually and together as a team.

Are they consultants?
That is where the ARTek model is different. ARTek does not offer services via traditional consulting model; ARTek team wants to be part of your organization with specific goals and plan to execute on them. This is why we offer our services as a team offering as opposed to an individual-based offering. The team will come in to:
perform an assessment,
document facts,
propose improvements,
obtain decisions,
empower your execution leaders to implement tactical projects with strategic alignment and
continuously improve the road-map based on execution results.
Our teams' experience requires them to be part of the inner fabric of the organization to improve it, to enable it and to make decisions.
How will that work? This process may not continue forever.
ARTek team understands that, and that is why our team will establish transformation program over 18 to 36 months. The duration depends upon the size of the organization, projects, funding and organization dynamics. ARTek team will come in and tailor a short term, mid term and long term plan for what they will achieve for you.
Once a steady state is achieved the ARTek team will transition this to a team within your organization and then move onto a different organization, or strategies here or somewhere else.
Will I afford ARTek?
ARTek teams specialize and focus only on organization transformation services. ARTek team members are not bundled with a consulting package to execute on programs which require a large team of consultants. Our teams are usually small and specifically geared to enable organizations to adopt continuous transformation processes.

What does the team require to implement successful transformations?
ARTek has concluded that the teams require organizational visibility, degree of decisioning authority and clear channels of communications with various partners.
